Home Prices Very Unlikely To Fall Further Says Donovan

According to Shaun Donovan, HUD Secretary, home prices are “veryunlikely” to fall further. He believes that we may start to see prices climb as early as the end of this summer or the fall. The Bloomberg article goes on to say that the number of homeowners who are in default is declining. As the number of foreclosures goes down, home prices will start to rise. He goes on to say “In the long run it is a good time to buy.  It’s so affordable today compared to where its been for generations”. Read article
