Evicted Family Breaks Into Their Former House

It was only a matter of time before we would hear something like this. With all the chaos in the mortgage industry today over the validity of the documentation in connection with foreclosures, here is a family that decided on the advice of their attorney, to move back into the home that they were recently evicted from on foreclosure. The attorney claims that the trail of document that resulted from the various assignments of the mortgage security, do not clearly show that the the family was properly foreclosed on by the right lender.
